Dear Colleagues,

Earlier this year, I introduced the first step in the culture journey for Administrative Operations – our guiding principles of safe, reliable and transformative. Since then, your AO senior leadership team has developed a set of FY22 goals and objectives, which I share with you today.

Please know that your senior leadership team recognizes the importance of engagement and will work to ensure the organization's direction is effectively communicated. We hope this will help you feel connected and understand our goals. I encourage each of you to not only read the goals, but also understand how your day-to-day work can contribute to AO’s overall mission. Additionally, please take the time to review your goals in SuccessFactors to see how they align with our AO goals and objectives. If you are having trouble making a connection, ask your manager for help.

By working together with personal accountability and a sense of ownership, I am confident we will be successful in achieving our AO goals to deliver services and provide support for Purdue’s Next Moves.

We have a lot of work to do that will require an ongoing commitment from all of us. I am confident we will work together to be successful and I look forward to celebrating your achievements along the way.

Boiler Up!
