Building in a joint venture with Flintco, LLC, this project represents a significant opportunity to create a world-class venue that will serve as a hub for Oklahoma City and be built by Oklahoma City. Our commitment and reputation are rooted in a history of building arenas that engage fans, attract events, and enhance communities. We are excited to create lasting memories in Oklahoma City for generations to come.

Last week, our team at the Hillsboro Hops ballpark celebrated their topping out, honoring a long-standing tradition that marks progress and the promising future ahead! More than 150 craftworkers, along with representatives from the Hillsboro Hops and the City of Hillsboro, signed the final steel beam as it reached its full height. This $150 million project is now one step closer to completion, and with just one year until Opening Day 2026, we can’t wait to welcome fans to this incredible new venue!

Engineering News-Record has ranked Mortenson #1 on the 2024 Top 400 Contractors list of the Battery Storage sector rankings! We are honored to be recognized in the inaugural year of this ranking. Over the past decade, our Energy Storage team has delivered many of the largest and most critical energy storage projects on the grid, supporting renewable energy integration and enhancing the resilience of our electric system.

A few months have passed since we completed Clark College’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, and we want to take a moment to reflect on the passion and commitment so many contributed to sustainability and job site wellness on this project. Our team embraced the concept of ‘Building Kind,’ rooted in the belief that this project could positively impact Ridgefield, Washington, Clark County, and Greater Southwest Washington, beyond its role as an educational facility. With over 120,000 hours dedicated by our amazing team members and partners, this project is more than just a building. We implemented several initiatives to support this vision: - All crew team members RISE Up training to prevent bullying, harassment and inappropriate behaviors onsite - LEED Silver Certification in-progress - A jobsite wellness plan with shared quiet spaces and plumbed restrooms - Offset landfill waste with reusable kitchenware - Omitted reliance on diesel-fueled generators to reduce carbon footprint - Partnered with Ridwell to divert hard-to-recycle materials from landfills   Together, we continue to pave the way for a more inclusive and sustainable future in construction. #MortensonPortland #ProgressiveDesignBuild

Greenlane™ Infrastructure’s launch of their advanced EV charging technology suite wouldn’t be complete without their flagship charging site being built by Mortenson in Colton, CA. With an expected opening in April, the site will include more than 40 chargers for heavy, medium and light-duty zero-emissions vehicles 🔋⚡⬇️
